Today, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister of Egypt, visited the “Arabisk” project in the Fustat area, where he handed over contracts for several units to their new beneficiaries.
Upon his arrival at the “Arabisk” site, the Prime Minister toured the model units to assess their readiness and the quality of finishing. He also visited a viewpoint to examine the various components of the project.
During his tour, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities stated that the “Arabisk” project is the first fully ready-to-move compound in the New Fustat area. It represents a significant achievement for the Ministry, marketed in collaboration with the Saudi Egyptian Construction Company. The project enjoys a strategic location in the heart of the Fustat district, making it a key tourist and developmental hub. Its location provides excellent connectivity to main roads such as the Cairo Ring Road, Salah Salem Road, and the Nile Corniche, facilitating easy access to downtown Cairo and the New Administrative Capital. It is also close to the Nile River and various water transport options.
The Minister added that the “Arabisk” project contributes to creating a fully integrated urban environment that meets the needs of residents while preserving the cultural and architectural heritage of the Fustat area and the Sur Magra El-Oyoun district. The project enhances national identity by showcasing historical landmarks and providing a comprehensive range of amenities and services designed to meet the needs of both residents and visitors. These include green spaces, gardens, diverse retail outlets with shopping stores, restaurants, and cafes offering unique experiences, as well as administrative and commercial buildings and a hotel, making it an ideal environment for business, services, and tourism.
