The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund, has announced the launch of the second phase of the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” project, aimed at low- and middle-income citizens. The brochure of terms and conditions has been made available on the Fund’s official website, with reservations starting on July 28. The new phase includes over 113,000 residential units, distributed between 99,792 units being offered for the first time and 13,320 units previously offered in earlier announcements, with unit sizes ranging between 75 and 90 square meters.
