The Official Gazette has published Presidential Decree No. 115 of 2025, issued by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, approving the “Free Trade Agreement” between the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Government of the Republic of Serbia. This agreement, which was ratified by the House of Representatives, aims to establish a free trade zone between the two countries, in line with the rules of the World Trade Organization and Article 24 of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) of 1994.
