The Official Gazette has announced that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued Presidential Decree No. 394 of 2025, which stipulates the promotion of several assistant public prosecutors—named in the decree—to the position of Public Prosecution Agents. A total of 506 assistant prosecutors have been promoted.
Additionally, the Official Gazette published Presidential Decree No. 395 of 2025, which includes the promotion of the listed public prosecution trainees to the rank of Assistant Public Prosecutors. These promotions are effective from January 1, 2025, and include 496 prosecution trainees.
In the same context, the Official Gazette featured Presidential Decree No. 396 of 2025, which appoints a number of judges as Presidents of Courts of Appeal in the courts specified next to their names. These appointments are valid for the period from October 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The list includes:
