President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is traveling today, Monday, to the State of Qatar to take part in the Extraordinary Arab-Islamic Summit being held in Doha to discuss the escalating situation resulting from the Israeli aggression against Qatar.
Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy, the official spokesperson for the Presidency of the Republic, stated that President El-Sisi’s participation reflects Egypt’s full solidarity with Qatar, both its government and people. He emphasized that Egypt’s stance remains firm in supporting its Arab brothers in confronting this aggression, which represents a clear violation of the United Nations Charter and international norms.

The presidential spokesperson further noted that President El-Sisi will deliver Egypt’s address during the official sessions of the summit, outlining Cairo’s vision regarding current developments in the Middle East and reaffirming Egypt’s commitment to supporting security and stability in the region. The president is also expected to hold a series of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the summit to discuss ways of enhancing regional cooperation and joint coordination with participating leaders.
