President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met today with Dr. Amr Samih Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and Major General Ashraf Salem Zaher, Director of the Egyptian Military Academy.
Presidential Spokesman Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy stated that the President reviewed during the meeting the latest developments regarding the “Digital Pioneers” (Digilians) initiative, particularly the executive procedures for joining the initiative, which is scheduled to launch in September 2025. The meeting included a review of the accomplishments so far, including the creation of a registration platform, as well as the efforts made to complete the technological and engineering preparations and to ready the necessary infrastructure to ensure the initiative is implemented on time.
