We are just hours away from the official start of booking social housing apartments for low- and middle-income citizens. Booking advances start from EGP 25,000 and can reach up to EGP 50,000, with payment plans extending up to 20 years, as part of the mortgage finance system.
Below, we outline the full details of the electronic booking dates for the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative, including the payment system, booking deposit, and the number of available units in various governorates and new cities.
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the release of the terms and conditions booklets for the second phase of the initiative. A total of 113,112 housing units are being offered — 99,792 units are being introduced for the first time, while 13,320 units were previously offered in earlier phases.
The available units range in size between 75 and 90 square meters. The offering includes ready-to-move-in units available with a booking deposit of EGP 25,000, as well as under-construction units scheduled for delivery within 36 months, requiring a booking deposit of up to EGP 50,000.

Introduction of “Green Housing” Units
For the first time, the initiative is offering “Green Housing” units — environmentally sustainable units aimed at reducing energy consumption and promoting ecological sustainability.
A total of 34,128 under-construction units are available with delivery timelines of up to 36 months in the following cities:
