Income-related Conditions:

The applicant or any of their family members is not allowed to apply for more than one residential unit.

The applicant or their family members must not have previously benefited from any mortgage financing initiatives.
Eligibility Conditions:

The applicant or their family members must not have been allocated a residential unit or a piece of residential land in the past.

The applicant must not have received a cooperative loan or any support from the National Housing Project previously.
Application Date for Social Housing Units
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, the Minister of Housing, announced that applications for booking the new social housing units will be accepted starting April 15 of this year.

The new social housing units come with several advantages, including:

Required Documents to Apply for Social Housing Units

A recent and certified income certificate.

A recent utility bill (electricity, water, or gas).

A computerized marriage certificate.

Social insurance statement, if available.

Copies of children’s birth certificates.

Copies of the national ID cards for both husband and wife.

Receipt of the down payment for the reservation.

Receipt of the purchase of the terms and conditions booklet.
