Only a few days remain until the launch of the new social housing units for low- and middle-income citizens by the Ministry of Housing and New Urban Communities. A total of 120,000 residential units, ready for immediate delivery, will be offered.
Conditions for Reserving Social Housing Units
Income-related Conditions:

The applicant or any of their family members is not allowed to apply for more than one residential unit.

The applicant or their family members must not have previously benefited from any mortgage financing initiatives.
Eligibility Conditions:

The applicant or their family members must not have been allocated a residential unit or a piece of residential land in the past.

The applicant must not have received a cooperative loan or any support from the National Housing Project previously.
Application Date for Social Housing Units
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, the Minister of Housing, announced that applications for booking the new social housing units will be accepted starting April 15 of this year.
