Major General Amr Hanafi, Governor of the Red Sea, supervised the excavation work this morning to construct five modern residential buildings on Bata Street in Hurghada. These new buildings will replace old, deteriorated structures. The project is being funded by the Governorate’s Housing Fund and carried out under the supervision of the Directorate of Housing.
In this context, Kamal Suleiman, the Secretary-General, explained that the project includes five residential buildings comprising 112 fully finished housing units with areas ranging between 100 and 120 square meters and 22 commercial shops. He also pointed out that the housing units will be handed over to the original residents. In contrast, the remaining units will be sold through a public auction, which will be announced upon the project’s completion.
