The Prime Minister and his delegation then toured one of the residential units, where they inspected the final finishing level. He praised the quality of execution, stressing that this project serves as a successful model for what state housing projects for low-income citizens should be—featuring urban design, integrated services, and a prime location.

For his part, Major General Ashraf El-Gendy, Governor of Gharbia, noted that the project was not limited to constructing residential units, but also included comprehensive development of the surrounding area. This included upgrading the infrastructure of the nearby Awqaf Buildings area, which contains 36 buildings housing more than 800 families. The improvements encompassed enhancements to drinking water and sewage networks, façade painting, road paving, and tree planting. These efforts helped enhance the overall appearance and gave the area a distinguished urban character.

The governor pointed out that a previously informal area has now been transformed into a modern urban zone in Tanta, thanks to national projects. Local residents expressed their appreciation for this transformation, affirming the state’s commitment to providing them with suitable housing, which has increased their sense of safety and stability.
