The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced a new offering of residential lands, with the conditions booklet available today for 2,333 residential plots distributed among the categories of medium, distinguished, and most distinguished housing as part of the sixth “Maskan” launch.
Reservations for the plots will begin on Sunday, September 14, 2025, and will remain open for two months, ending on November 13, 2025, through the official “Maskan” website.
This offering comes in line with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to provide diverse residential lands in new cities, aiming to meet the increasing demand and drive development in these cities. The initiative seeks to fulfill the aspirations of citizens from different segments to own a private home that meets their needs while adhering to the requirements for achieving sustainable development.

The lands will be available in 18 new cities, namely: 6th of October, Obour, 10th of Ramadan, New Akhmim, New Salhiya, New Fashn, New Fayoum, New Minya, Badr, New Tiba, New Qena, New Nasser (West Assiut), New Aswan, New Assiut, Sadat, New Borg El Arab, Hadayek October, and New Sohag.
The offered lands include:

1,331 plots for medium housing distributed across 8 new cities.

828 plots for distinguished housing distributed across 9 new cities.

174 plots for the most distinguished housing distributed across 3 new cities.
In addition, the offering has allocated 112 residential plots for People of Determination within the proposed categories.
