In implementation of the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, to expand and enhance various services in new cities, the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector at the New Urban Communities Authority announced the offering of 15 commercial shops and a pharmacy with areas ranging between 22 and 60 square meters.
In addition, 8 administrative and professional units, each with an area of 57 square meters, are being offered. These units are located in various areas within New Aswan City, and will be sold through a public auction scheduled for Sunday, November 30, 2025.
The sector also announced the offering of 9 commercial shops for sale through public auction, with areas ranging between 23 and 39 square meters, located across several neighborhoods of New Assiut City. The auction session is scheduled for Thursday, November 27, 2025.
The terms and specifications booklets are available at the premises of the Development Authorities of New Assiut City and New Aswan City. Those interested can inspect the shops, units, and the pharmacy on-site during the official working hours of both authorities.
