The Urban Development Authority of 10th of Ramadan City has announced the offering of 26 commercial units and 2 pharmacies for sale through a public auction. The units vary in size from 32 square meters to 299 square meters and are located within the commercial markets of the city’s 14th district.
The authority clarified that the auction will be held in two phases. The first phase is scheduled for Wednesday, August 20, 2025, and includes 13 commercial units and one pharmacy. The second phase will take place on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, and also features 13 commercial units and one pharmacy. Both sessions will be held at the authority’s headquarters, beginning at 12:00 PM.
The authority added that the terms and conditions booklet is available to interested participants for a fee of EGP 299 per unit or pharmacy. These booklets can be obtained from the authority’s headquarters during official working hours. To participate in the auction, a deposit of EGP 100,000 is required for each pharmacy and EGP 50,000 for each commercial unit, to be paid no later than the day of the auction.
The winning bidder must pay 10% of the sale value immediately, in addition to 1% administrative fees and 0.5% for the Board of Trustees. A maintenance deposit must also be paid within a month and prior to unit handover. The authority allows the remaining amount to be paid in installments under flexible plans. Site inspections are permitted during official working hours. The auction process is governed by Law No. 182 of 2018 concerning public sector contracting regulations.
This offering aims to stimulate commercial activity and improve services for residents, in line with the development plan for the 14th district in 10th of Ramadan City.
