Offering 24 Residential Units in Helwan with Areas Starting from 68 Square Meters

The Executive Agency for Joint Construction Projects has announced the offering of 24 distinguished residential units in the First Neighborhood of Helwan, with areas ranging between 68 and 94 square meters. The units are distributed across four entrances, providing diverse options to suit the needs and budgets of applicants.

In the first entrance, units are available with areas of 90.19 and 90.47 square meters. The second entrance offers various unit sizes, including 90.41 and 90.47 square meters on the ground floor, 84.74 square meters on both the ground and first floors, and units of 94.94 square meters on the second floor, providing suitable choices for small and medium-sized families.

The third entrance features units with areas ranging from 87.70 to 90.47 square meters, while the fourth entrance includes units starting from 88.72 up to 93.12 square meters. The price per square meter ranges between 7,517 and 7,527 EGP, and the total unit prices start from 637,300 EGP up to 715,000 EGP, depending on the floor and unit size. Booking is available with an easy payment system starting with a 10% down payment, with the possibility of installment payments over 15 years. A 5% discount is available for immediate full payment.
