The New 6th of October City Development Authority has announced the sale of 10 commercial shops, a pharmacy ranging from 10–100 m², and 5 administrative and professional units ranging from 30–60 m² through a public auction. The units are located in various areas across the city, aiming to meet the needs of ongoing urban expansion.
The terms and conditions booklet is available at the Authority’s headquarters for 299 EGP, and the auction will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The offering is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Law No. 183 of 2018.
Auction security fees are set as follows:
– 100,000 EGP for the pharmacy
– 50,000 EGP for commercial shops
– 25,000 EGP for administrative and professional units
These fees must be paid before the auction session. Winners must pay a 10% down payment along with administrative fees and a contribution to the Board of Trustees. The remaining balance can be paid in easy installments, and a 2% maintenance deposit must be paid within one month.
