NUCA Announces New Investment Land Offerings in Upper Egypt and Commercial Units Auction in New Cairo

The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) under the Ministry of Housing has revealed details of a new offering for investment land in Upper Egypt cities.

In New West Qena City, several plots are available for investment:

  • A plot designated for educational use, covering an area of 14,603 square meters, priced at EGP 2,105 per square meter.
  • A hotel-commercial plot of 8,500 square meters, priced at EGP 5,410 per square meter.
  • A commercial plot of 5,257 square meters, priced at EGP 5,820 per square meter.
  • Another commercial plot of 3,450 square meters, priced at EGP 6,265 per square meter.
  • A mixed-use development plot covering 25,330 square meters, priced at EGP 2,500 per square meter.

Additionally, the Ministry of Housing has announced details of a new auction for the sale of commercial and service units.

In New Cairo City, 14 commercial shops and two pharmacies located in the commercial areas of the “Janna” and “Dar Misr Al-Andalus” (Phase Two) projects will be available for sale through a public auction session scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2024.

Those interested can purchase the tender documents from the New Cairo Development Authority and are encouraged to visit the locations for inspection during official working hours.
