The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has officially opened applications for 137 fully-finished residential units in 6th of October City. These include 38 units in the South Al-Ahyat project and 99 units in Al-Yasmeen district. The application period will run until October 28, 2024.
NUCA has outlined four key documents that applicants must submit before applying for the apartments:
- Original booking form attached to the conditions booklet, filled out and signed by the applicant.
- Original national ID of the applicant.
- Copy of the applicant’s national ID.
- Birth certificates of underage children (if applicable).
Price per Square Meter and Payment Options
The price per square meter has been set at EGP 8,000, with apartment sizes ranging from 55 to 100 square meters. This means that the cost of a 55-square-meter apartment is approximately EGP 440,000, while a 100-square-meter unit is priced at around EGP 800,000. However, payment plans and installment options have not yet been disclosed.
How to Apply for NUCA Apartments
According to the announcement, the conditions booklet for the apartments can be obtained from the city’s administrative office on the ground floor from September 29 to October 28, 2024. To reserve a unit, applicants are required to pay a deposit of EGP 50,000 as a commitment fee.
