The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has announced the offering of two land plots in Badr City designated for exhibition activities, available through the immediate allocation system. This move comes as part of the Authority’s efforts to enhance current investment opportunities.
The first plot covers an area of 9,235 square meters, located in the exhibition zone overlooking the Rubiki Road, with a price of EGP 12,060 per square meter, bringing the total land value to around EGP 111.3 million.
In addition, the Authority revealed the offering of a second plot in the same area, with a size of 4,147 square meters and a price of EGP 12,695 per square meter, making the total value approximately EGP 52.6 million.

According to the announced building regulations, construction must not exceed 40% of the total land area, with permission granted for a building consisting of only a ground floor and one upper floor. A 10-meter setback is required from all sides, and parking spaces must be provided within the land boundaries in accordance with the Egyptian Parking Code. Compliance with height restrictions set by the Armed Forces is also mandatory.
The Authority clarified that the project implementation period extends to three years starting from the date of land handover. Investors are required to pay 10% of the plot’s value as a reservation deposit, and complete payments up to 25% within one month from the date of receiving the allocation approval. This is in addition to 1% administrative fees and 0.5% for the Board of Trustees. The remaining value of the land is payable over six equal semi-annual installments, including financial burdens in line with the interest rate set by the Central Bank of Egypt, plus 2% as per Ministry of Finance directives and 0.5% administrative expenses.
