The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), in collaboration with the Housing and Development Bank, has announced the launch of 16,000 new residential units as part of the Diverse Housing Project. This offering marks the first phase for the year 2025, with online registration opening on April 15 and continuing until May 15 through the Housing and Development Bank’s official website.
The offered units are distributed across four new cities, covering both coastal and inland areas to cater to a wide range of citizens. Ismailia tops the list with 7,480 units, followed by Salam City with 3,212 units, Matariya with 2,924 units, and finally, Alexandria with 2,422 residential units.
These housing units aim to provide various finishing levels and service options to suit different income brackets, along with highly flexible payment plans extending up to 7 years according to customers’ preferences.
