The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has announced a significant increase in the number of services available on its electronic platform, raising the total to 56 online services. Citizens can now access these services digitally without the need to visit technological service centers. In addition, the authority has reduced service fees by 50% and enabled online payment through the Fawry system or Visa card.
The authority introduced a wide range of new digital services on the platform, including requests for receiving land plots and housing units, issuance of preliminary and final contracts, approval of handover reports and lease agreements, and the issuance of real estate registration letters. Other services now available include building permit requests, utility connection applications for electricity and water meters, license renewals, complaint submissions, and insurance refunds.
