The investment opportunities in New Cairo cover four different sectors, including commercial and higher education. One of the most notable offerings is a plot of land designated for establishing a private university, with a total price of EGP 631 million. Below are the details of these opportunities:

  • Nursery: Located in the Eighth District, Beit Al Watan, Eastern Extension, with an area of 2,290 square meters and EGP 31,500 per square meter, bringing the total land price to EGP 72 million.
  • Commercial Property: Situated in the Eighth District, Beit Al Watan, Eastern Extension, with an area of 8,882 square meters and a price of EGP 48,000 per square meter, the total land price of EGP is 426 million.
  • Educational School: Located in the Eighth District, Beit Al Watan, Eastern Extension, with an area of 12,900 square meters and an EGP 19,000 per square meter, resulting in a total land price of EGP 245 million.
  • Private University: Positioned in the Universities and Institutes area in the Andalus Sector, covering an area of 92,400 square meters and priced at EGP 6,830 per square meter, making the total land price EGP 631 million.
