Steps for Booking Residential Land
- Visit the Masaken website for booking.
- Create a new account (for new users), providing essential details such as national ID, email, phone number, and current address.
- Choose the desired city and plot type from the available options.
- Complete the electronic booking process, which includes paying the remaining land price and submitting the booking payment receipt.
- Submit the booking form, which must be signed and uploaded through the website.
Residential Land Program “Masaken” for Small-Scale Plots
The Masaken program offers small residential land plots to individuals, designed to help citizens build their permanent homes in an accessible and simplified manner, with no priority given for accessing the site or securing the booking. The available plots are well-located and moderately sized for each city.
