New Public Draw for Citizens Settling Their Status in Al-Rabiya, Al-Shorouk

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, emphasized the importance of finalizing the status adjustments for citizens and entities located on recently incorporated lands within the jurisdiction of new urban cities. He stressed the need for strategic land use planning to enhance investment opportunities and establish integrated urban communities.

Public Draw for Al-Rabiya Residents

Eng. Bassem Mohamed, Head of the Al-Shorouk City Development Authority, announced that the fourth public draw will be held to allocate land plots to individuals who have completed their payments for their respective areas. The draw will cover land parcels with sizes ranging from 209m² to 500m², including intermediate sizes.

Attendance and Registration Details

  • Date & Time: Citizens must arrive by 10:00 AM at the Al-Shorouk City Authority headquarters on the designated date.
  • Registration Deadline: Doors close at 12:00 PM, after which the draw will begin.
  • Required Documents: Participants must present a valid ID and the original payment receipt to attend the draw.

This initiative aims to ensure fairness and transparency in the allocation process while supporting urban development efforts in Al-Shorouk City.
