The New Obour City Development Authority has announced that it will receive a new batch of citizens whose land status settlements have been approved in the Al-Amal area to complete the legalization procedures.
The authority has urged citizens to visit the office to finalize the necessary procedures and make the required payments. It emphasized that each individual will be dealt with directly and must sign the required declarations.
The authority stressed the importance of completing the land status settlement process and outlined the required documents, which include the original preliminary sale contract submitted with the application, ownership sequence documents, a copy of the national ID (with the original for verification), and the original receipt of the application submission issued by the post office. If the original receipt is lost, a certificate from the post office confirming the submission within the specified deadline must be provided.
The New Obour City Authority also stated that an accepted payment check or a bank check in the authority’s name must be submitted as an advance payment toward the due installments.
