The New Obour City Development Authority has issued an important notice to its clients regarding the land plots allocated under the “Status Adjustment” project in Neighborhood 3, District 32, previously known as the Al-Amal area. This announcement follows the official release of the land-handover schedules for beneficiaries.
The Authority clarified that the terms booklet stipulates that the period granted to complete building permit procedures is one year only from the date of receiving the plot handover report. It also urged citizens to adhere to completing all licensing steps within the specified timeframe to avoid any delays.

The Authority called on all beneficiaries to expedite the completion of permit procedures to avoid any legal or regulatory measures that may be applied to non-compliant individuals. It emphasized that all regulations outlined in the main real estate charter will be enforced with full accuracy and firmness.
This measure primarily aims to preserve the city’s urban character, ensure discipline in construction activities, and guarantee that housing projects are implemented according to approved standards.
