New Investment Land Offering by the Ministry of Housing

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced a new offering for immediate allocation of investment lands. The offering includes various plots across several cities, aimed at boosting urban development and attracting investors.

In New Tiba City, several plots are available:

  • A commercial plot of 2,127 square meters priced at EGP 4,950 per meter.
  • A mixed-use plot (commercial, residential, and administrative) of 880 square meters priced at EGP 4,220 per meter.
  • Two comprehensive development plots, one measuring 251,997 square meters and the other 262,416 square meters, both priced at EGP 1,270 per meter.
  • Two industrial workshop plots of 300 square meters each, priced at EGP 1,185 per meter.
  • A large comprehensive development plot of 1,420,902 square meters priced at EGP 1,230 per meter.

Dr. Ahmed Ismail Gabr, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, revealed additional details of the new investment land offerings within the city. These offerings are intended to enhance services for residents and support investors.

Key offerings in New Obour City include:

  • A mixed-use development plot of 113,613 square meters (27 feddans) located along the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road service strip.
  • A commercial and administrative plot of 8,055 square meters also located along the service strip on the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road.
  • A commercial plot of 11,332 square meters, and a school plot of 9,366 square meters in the “Sakan Misr” services area within the 2,600 feddan zone.
  • Additional commercial plots ranging from 1,634 to 5,819 square meters in the “Social Housing” and “Bait Al-Watan” service areas.

These new land offerings aim to meet the growing demand for services and investments in these cities, promoting long-term urban growth and enhancing the infrastructure of new urban communities.
