Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the delivery of a new batch of units in the Sakan Misr project (Exhibition Land – First Area) in New Cairo City. The delivered units include serial numbers (3 – 4 – 5) from the first phase and serial number 2 from subsequent phases. The handover begins on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
Additionally, a new batch of units in the Sakan Misr project (Exhibition Land – Second Area) in New Cairo City will be delivered, including serial numbers (6 & 7) from the first phase and serial number 3 from subsequent phases, starting from the same date.
Engineer Abdelraouf El-Gheity, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, provided a detailed delivery schedule. In the first area, units in Building 16 will be handed over on Sunday, February 2, 2025, followed by Building 35 on Monday, February 3, 2025, Building 40 on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, Building 70 on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, Building 190 on Thursday, February 6, 2025, and Building 191 on Sunday, February 9, 2025.
For the second area, Building 11 will be handed over on Sunday, February 2, 2025, followed by Building 12 on Monday, February 3, 2025, Building 13 on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, Building 14 on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, Building 15 on Thursday, February 6, 2025, and Building 16 on Sunday, February 9, 2025.
El-Gheity advised the allocated homeowners to visit the Housing and Development Bank branch in Nasr City (2 Abbas El-Akkad Street) to finalize their contract procedures. After completing bank formalities, homeowners should proceed to the city authority office behind the water station in South Teseen Street with the original bank letter and signed check copies for data registration and to receive an official site letter for unit inspection and handover.
