The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has announced a facilitation of the reservation process for residential units in the “Deyarna” project through the new Housing and Development Bank platform. Clients can now choose any unit within the project without being restricted to a specific area. This step comes as part of efforts to provide greater flexibility to meet customers’ aspirations within the current offerings.
The “Deyarna” project represents a modern urban community distinguished by privacy and luxury, with a design aligned with contemporary planning principles. The project features wide green spaces, making it consistent with the standards applied in new city projects such as Hadayek October, New Cairo, New Obour, Badr, Capital Gardens, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, Borg El Arab, New Beni Suef, New Minya, New Assiut, New Nasser, New Sohag, West Qena, New Tiba, New Alamein, New Suez, and New 6th of October. The available units in the project range in size from 104 square meters to 154 square meters.
Reservation down payments are set at EGP 201,000, with quarterly installments of EGP 75,000 and annual installments of up to EGP 100,000. Customers are required to complete 50% of the unit’s total value in addition to 1% administrative fees and 0.5% for the Board of Trustees.
