Engineer Abdelraouf El-Ghaiti, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, announced the auction of 14 commercial shops and two pharmacies in the commercial markets of the “Janna” and “Dar Misr Al-Andalus” Phase 2 projects. The auction is scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2024.
Similarly, Dr. Mohamed Khalaf Allah, Head of the New Damietta City Development Authority, revealed that 15 commercial shops and four professional and administrative units across various areas of the city will be up for auction on Sunday, September 22, 2024.
Interested parties can obtain the terms and specifications booklets from the respective offices of the New Cairo and New Damietta City Development Authorities. Additionally, they can visit the sites to inspect the available shops, pharmacies, and units during official working hours.
