Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the beginning of a new delivery phase for the Sakan Misr housing project units in two key areas of New Cairo: South Katameya and West Universities. The delivery will commence on Sunday, June 1, 2025, and continue through to Wednesday, June 18, 2025, following the schedule set by the New Cairo City Authority. The Minister emphasized the importance of facilitating unit handovers for beneficiaries, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient delivery process.
South Katameya Delivery Schedule

He stressed that all recipients must first visit the Housing and Development Bank branch in Nasr City to complete the necessary contract formalities. Once finalized, they should proceed to the New Cairo Authority office in the Third Settlement with the required documents to receive their units.
