Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced the beginning of a new phase of unit deliveries for the JANNA Project in New Cairo, scheduled from June 15, 2025, to July 7, 2025. He emphasized the importance of monitoring service projects and providing support to beneficiaries. Eng. Abdel Raouf El-Ghaity, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, outlined the unit handover schedule, starting with buildings 192 and 193 on June 15, with deliveries continuing according to a specific timetable until June 23, 2025.
The Head of the New Cairo City Authority also announced the dates for the handover of units in the following buildings: units in buildings 211-212 will be delivered on June 29, 2025; buildings 213-214 on July 1; buildings 215-216 on July 2; buildings 217-218 on July 3; buildings 219-220 on July 6; and finally, units in building 221 will be delivered on July 7. He also noted that beneficiaries must first visit the Housing and Development Bank to complete the contract procedures, followed by a visit to the Citizen Service Office to register their information and receive the inspection letter.
