New Auction Announcement: Commercial and Administrative Units and Land Plots in New Damietta and Hadayek October

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced a new offering of administrative and commercial units for sale through a public auction.

Auction of Administrative and Commercial Housing Units

The Ministry has put up for auction 15 commercial shops and 4 administrative units in New Damietta City. The units include:

• 6 shops in the “Sakan Misr” project, south of District 1.
• 6 shops in “Sakan Misr,” District 6, Block 33.
• 3 shops in “Sakan Misr,” west of Damietta University.
• 2 administrative units in “Sakan Misr,” south of District 1.
• 2 administrative units in “Sakan Misr,” District 6, Block 33.

The auction session for these administrative and commercial housing units will take place on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at the headquarters of the New Damietta City Authority.

Auction of Housing Land in Hadayek October

Additionally, the Ministry has announced the auction of various plots of land in Hadayek October City, including:

• A commercial plot of 2,265 square meters priced at 19,295 EGP per square meter.
• A social club plot of 9,807 square meters priced at 4,835 EGP per square meter.
• A commercial plot of 8,285 square meters priced at 14,855 EGP per square meter.

Other plots include:

• A commercial and administrative plot of 1,757 square meters priced at 17,195 EGP per square meter.
• A recreational plot of 2,782 square meters priced at 5,090 EGP per square meter.
• A medical plot of 6,289 square meters priced at 17,295 EGP per square meter.
