The ministry affirmed that serious investors who were not successful in this offering will be given priority in upcoming phases, provided they submit acceptable studies and do not request a refund of their seriousness payment.
The ministry continues to periodically offer industrial lands to support sustainable development and the localization of production, in line with the state’s goals of establishing a transparent and fair investment environment.
