Applications for social housing units opened on November 26, 2024, and have been extended until December 31, 2024, following a pause in the sale of terms and conditions booklets between November 30 and December 3 to accommodate pension disbursements. The previous deadline was December 24, 2024.
Financial Requirements
- Terms and Conditions Booklet: Available for 300 EGP.
- Administrative Fees: 355 EGP.
- Reservation Deposit:
- 20,000 EGP for units in governorates.
- 30,000 EGP for units in new cities.
- Payments can be made through designated automated post offices in areas where units are offered.
How to Apply
- Purchase the terms and conditions booklet and pay associated fees at a post office.
- Register and submit your application for a housing unit on the official website of the Social Housing Fund and Mortgage Support Fund by providing the necessary details and uploading required documents.
