The Ministry of Housing has announced a new offering of investment lands in eight new cities in Upper Egypt: New Minya, New Mallawi, New Nasser, New Beni Suef, New Sohag, New Qena, New Tiba, and New Aswan. The Ministry of Housing has announced the offering of several investment lands in New Minya, including:
- A medical-use land plot of 2,427 square meters, priced at 9,235 EGP per square meter.
- A commercial land plot of 1,015 square meters, priced at 18,210 EGP per square meter.
- Another commercial land plot of 860 square meters is priced at 18,210 EGP per square meter.
New Mallawi
The ministry has also offered a 129,654-square-meter land plot in New Mallawi, designated for educational use, at 1,420 EGP per square meter. This step is part of the ministry’s efforts to boost development and improve educational services in the city.
New Nasser (West Assiut)
The Ministry of Housing is offering several investment lands in New Nasser, located west of Assiut, including:
- A commercial-administrative land plot of 2,487 square meters, priced at 5,000 EGP per square meter.
- A land plot of 3,984 square meters, designated for a car station, is priced at 4,260 EGP per square meter.
- An integrated urban land plot of 46,197 square meters, priced at 2,545 EGP per square meter.
- An educational land plot of 9,802 square meters, priced at 3,015 EGP per square meter.
New Beni Suef
The Ministry of Housing has announced the availability of investment lands in New Beni Suef, including:
- A storage facility land plot of 1,025 square meters, priced at 4,345 EGP per square meter.
- Another storage facility land plot of 5,110 square meters, priced at 4,345 EGP per square meter.
- A commercial land plot of 2,443 square meters, priced at 12,830 EGP per square meter.
- A mixed-use (commercial-residential) land plot of 770 square meters, priced at 13,630 EGP per square meter.
New Sohag
In New Sohag, the Ministry of Housing is offering investment lands, including:
- A land plot for a fuel station, 6,874 square meters, priced at 6,470 EGP per square meter.
- An educational land plot of 6,176 square meters, priced at 4,690 EGP per square meter.
New Qena
Investment lands in New Qena include:
- A 20,878-square-meter entertainment land plot under a usufruct system.
- A commercial-administrative-residential land plot of 2,215 square meters, priced at 6,700 EGP per square meter.
- A commercial land plot of 750 square meters, priced at 12,680 EGP per square meter.
- A commercial-administrative land plot of 3,994 square meters, priced at 5,445 EGP per square meter.
- A storage facility land plot of 1,227 square meters, priced at 2,195 EGP per square meter.
New Tiba
The Ministry of Housing has also announced investment lands in New Tiba, including:
- An administrative land plot of 2,846 square meters, priced at 3,055 EGP per square meter.

- Another commercial land plot of 2,039 square meters is priced at 9,645 EGP per square meter.
