The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the offering of 4,747 residential plots under the distinguished housing category across nine new cities, including 10th of Ramadan, Sadat City, and New Akhmim.
The initiative aims to provide a unique housing opportunity for individuals looking to acquire custom-designed homes, while ensuring the ministry’s commitment to balancing urban development with housing needs.
The land distribution is as follows: 159 plots in New Akhmim, 129 plots in New Sohag, 149 plots in New Qena, 66 plots in New Fayoum, 417 plots in New Nasser, 298 plots in New Aswan, 321 plots in New Mallawi, 1,270 plots in 10th of Ramadan, and 1,938 plots in Sadat City.
This offering reflects the ministry’s ongoing efforts to support urban expansion and meet the growing demand for distinguished housing options across Egypt’s new cities.
