Ministry of Housing Announces Schedule for Handover of Medium-Income Residential Plots in New West Qena

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced that starting Sunday, November 10, the New West Qena City Authority will begin handing over medium-income residential plots in the distinguished district, specifically in the fourth neighborhood. These plots were previously offered on the “Masaken” platform between April 1 and May 30, 2024.

Eng. Radwan Abdel Rashid, Head of the New West Qena City Authority, detailed the schedule: plots numbered 37 to 57 will be handed over on Sunday, November 10, followed by plots 58 to 78 on Monday, November 11, and plots 79 to 95 on Tuesday, November 12. A final day, Wednesday, November 13, has been set aside for clients who missed their initial handover date.

The city authority will send official notices to the allocated plot owners, including their scheduled handover dates and a list of necessary documents required for receiving the plots.
