Cairo, Egypt – Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbini, has announced the launch of 1,645 residential units for immediate booking in 8 new cities. The units, ranging in size up to 161 square meters, will be available for reservation from September 29 to October 28, 2024. Detailed brochures will be available at the respective city offices starting Sunday, September 29, 2024.
This launch comes as part of the Ministry’s initiative to provide diverse housing options through the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in line with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to ensure suitable housing for all citizens. The sale features easy payment plans to accommodate various segments of society.
Dr. Hassan El-Shorbagy, Vice President of NUCA for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, provided more details, stating that the offer includes:
- 255 units in 10th of Ramadan City with sizes ranging from 63 to 105 square meters.
- 137 units in 6th of October City with sizes between 55 and 90 square meters.
- 878 units in Mansoura New City as part of the “Janna” project, with sizes ranging from 100 to 150 square meters.
- 5 units in Obour City with sizes between 75 and 104 square meters.
Additionally, there are:
- 8 units in El-Salihiya El-Gedida City with sizes ranging from 65 to 161 square meters.
- 240 units in Minya New City under the “Janna” project, with sizes from 100 to 161 square meters.
- 8 units in New Borg El Arab City with sizes ranging from 79 to 140 square meters.
- 114 units in Rashid New City with sizes between 90 and 93 square meters.
The allocation will be conducted through a public lottery after the booking period ends, ensuring a fair process for all interested buyers.
