The minister emphasized that the theme of the conference, “The Future of the Real Estate Industry – Challenges – Development – Investment,” accurately reflects the current status of Egypt’s real estate sector and its aspirations for a balanced urban future. He stressed that global and regional changes require a rethinking of how this vital sector is managed. He further noted that the challenges are not only domestic but also tied to global shifts that affect markets, such as fluctuations in raw material prices and rising construction costs.
