Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and New Urban Communities, stated that the ministry is currently working on addressing all obstacles related to the issue of property registration.
He pointed out that the ministry is in the process of issuing the Unified Real Estate Number, which will help solve many registration issues and other challenges.
This came during a meeting organized by the Businessmen Association, attended by the Minister of Housing, Engineer Ali Issa, President of the Association, the Vice President of the Association, Engineer Fathallah Fawzi, Chairman of the Real Estate Development and Contracting Committee, Engineer Ahmed Sabbour, a Board Member and Executive Director, and Engineer Dr. Mohamed Youssef. The discussion focused on the future of real estate development in Egypt and the business community’s role in achieving this vision and contributing to the ministry’s objectives.
