The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced the handover of 34 residential buildings in the JANNA housing project in New Mansoura City. The delivery will begin on July 6, 2025, and continue until August 7, 2025.
Engineer Mohamed El-Ghamrawy, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, detailed the delivery schedule, stating that the buildings will be handed over sequentially over the two-week period. Two additional days have been allocated for individuals who missed their scheduled handover dates.
