The Minister reiterated the government’s commitment to combating illegal construction and preventing all forms of urban irregularities in new cities. He also instructed city authorities to accelerate the implementation of ongoing development projects in these areas.

The decisions included the removal of illegal construction on four plots of land in the German District of the European Countryside area. These violations involved unauthorized excavation, preparation for concrete pouring, and the construction of reinforced concrete structures without the required building permits.
Violations in Hadayek October
In Hadayek October, an order was issued to remove illegal structures on a plot in Sector “W” of the Seventh District within the “Build Your House” project. The violations included constructing a building with a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors, along with projections on the sides, all without proper legal or licensing approvals.
Violations in the North Coast
Another order targeted a plot in a tourist village along the Alexandria-Matrouh Coastal Road. The violation involved the construction of a ground-floor concrete structure without the necessary building permits.
Implementation of Decisions
The Ministry tasked the development authorities of New Sphinx City, Hadayek October, and the First Sector of the North Coast to execute these orders in collaboration with the Construction Police and local authorities.
