Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has made three decisions regarding removing building violations on plots of land in the Northwestern North Coast. The minister reaffirmed the ongoing efforts to eliminate violations, encroachments, and informal developments in urban communities and new cities.
In this context, the Minister of Housing emphasized the importance of continuously monitoring development projects implemented in the Northwestern North Coast to maximize land utilization and ensure that ongoing construction activities comply with ministerial decisions and approved building permits.
The decisions stipulated the demolition of building violations found on plots of land in a tourist village along the Alexandria-Matrouh coastal road. These violations included the construction of buildings consisting of a ground floor, an upper floor, and a rooftop without obtaining the necessary permits.
Furthermore, the decisions assigned the Second Sector Development Authority of the Northwestern North Coast, in cooperation with the Construction Police and the relevant security department, to carry out the demolition operations.
