Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, concluded his tour by inspecting the Technology Center for Citizen Services at the New Obour City Authority to ensure the provision of necessary facilities and services. The center includes 21 service windows, one dedicated to people of determination, and offers services such as electricity, gas, water, prepaid cards, license issuance, and unit handovers through electronic payment.
The Minister also reviewed the implementation of the Social Housing Project under the Tenth Announcement, which comprises 66 buildings with a total of 1,584 units in the El-Nozha area, stressing the commitment to quality and delivery according to the scheduled timeline. He then inspected the Deyarna Project in District 37, which includes 99 buildings with a total of 2,574 units, in addition to a sixth phase consisting of 125 buildings with 3,000 units.

He conducted a tour of the projects in the former Al-Amal area to follow up on the implementation of water, sewage, and internal road networks in Neighborhood No. 2 of District 29, in preparation for the delivery of plots with areas of 500 m². He concluded his tour by directing the administrations to intensify field follow-ups and remove obstacles to ensure project delivery within the specified timelines.
