The Central Business District features 20 towers, including 10 towers for administrative, office, commercial, and service purposes, with a total area of 806,000 square meters and heights ranging from 80 to 175 meters. It houses a global hotel chain making its debut in Egypt and Africa, along with luxury hotel apartments, administrative offices, and a commercial area offering a range of services. The tower includes 40 floors of multi-use office space, 10 floors of hotel apartments with 52 units, and 30 floors for the hotel, which comprises 183 rooms, with a total built area of 266,000 square meters.
