Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, conducted an inspection tour in 10th of Ramadan City, during which he reviewed road networks, traffic axes, and the “Diarna” residential project. The minister emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness, road maintenance, and waste removal. He also called for a comprehensive survey of vacant land to ensure optimal utilization and stressed the need for the rapid completion of landscaping, site coordination, and the construction of protective fences around ongoing projects.
During the tour, the Minister visited the site of the “Diarna” residential project, where he was briefed on its progress. The first phase of the project includes 520 fully finished residential units, aiming to provide suitable housing for citizens. Strategically located in 10th of Ramadan City, the project features two different residential models with varying unit sizes. It is characterized by modern urban planning, green spaces, and an advanced security system. The Minister directed all parties involved to strictly adhere to the set timelines for project completion.
