Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, began his inspection tour today by visiting the “Al-Fustat Hills Park” project to review its ongoing execution. The project, overseen by the Central Housing Authority, is being carried out with the participation of ministry officials, the Urban Communities Authority, and representatives from the executing companies.
El-Sherbiny received a detailed briefing on the progress of the project, stressing the need for accelerating work to ensure the project is completed within the designated timelines.
The Minister also inspected the development of the “Sour Magra El-Ayoun” area as part of the government’s efforts to revitalize existing urban spaces. He followed up on the progress of the work and instructed the team to monitor the status of the residential units in preparation for their delivery. He emphasized the need for an intensive timeline to complete the second phase of the project.
The project includes the construction of 79 residential buildings, with a total of 1,924 housing units. In addition, the development will feature a hotel, a commercial and administrative entertainment mall, complete with restaurants, cinemas, and an open-air theater.
