Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbini, is monitoring the progress of road and infrastructure development works in the industrial areas of 10th of Ramadan City, covering an area of 2,560 feddans, with the aim of supporting investment and industry. The minister stressed the need for speedy implementation in accordance with technical specifications and set timelines.
Alaa Abdallah, Head of the City Development Authority, explained that the networks include 79,790 meters of water pipelines, 14,410 meters of sewage lines, and 962,000 meters of roads. The works involve road paving, upgrading asphalt networks, and replacing water and sewage utilities across four industrial areas.

Abdallah and authority officials inspected infrastructure development projects in areas A1, A2, and A3, noting that base and final asphalt layers are being executed to withstand heavy loads. At the same time, utility networks are being upgraded to enhance sustainability and avoid future interventions, thereby improving services and increasing investment appeal.
The development works are being carried out according to a set timeline and high technical standards under the directives of the Ministry of Housing and the New Urban Communities Authority, as part of a comprehensive plan to modernize industrial cities and improve the investment environment.
