Minister of Housing Announces Start of Additional Booking for “Beit El Watan” Project for Egyptians Abroad

Engineer Sherif El-Shorbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the commencement of additional bookings for 1,760 units in the tenth supplementary phase of the “Beit El Watan” project for Egyptians abroad. The announcement was made in a statement from the Ministry on Monday.

The minister emphasized that the New Urban Communities Authority is committed to providing opportunities for a greater number of Egyptians living abroad to secure suitable housing in their homeland.

El-Shorbiny also noted that, in coordination with the Ministry of Communications and the Central Bank of Egypt, the project’s official website has been updated to include details of the additional units in the tenth supplementary phase. The available cities for the new offering include Sadat City, New Minya, New Cairo, October Gardens, 6th of October City, New Alamein, and New Damietta.

The minister clarified that no new transfer requests for booking in this supplementary phase will be accepted. The website is now open for initial bookings, and the additional deposit transfers will be accepted starting from October 2 for a period of five working days.
