Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced that the distribution of “Beit Al-Watan” plots for the eighth supplementary phase in Al-Obour City and the ninth phase in 15 May City will begin on Sunday, November 17, 2024, and continue through Wednesday, December 11, 2024. These land plots are designated for Egyptians working abroad.
In Al-Obour City, Ahmed Rashad, head of the City Development Authority, stated that nine plots in the eighth phase will be distributed in the Recreational District, south of Dar Misr, specifically in Block 25024 on November 17, 2024, and Block 25031 on November 18, 2024. Days have been set aside on November 20 and 21 for those unable to receive their plots on the initial dates.
Ali Saad, head of the 15 May City Development Authority, outlined the distribution schedule for 55 plots in the ninth phase in the 115 District. Distribution will begin with plots 1–8 on November 17, plots 38–42 on November 20, plots 43–54 on November 24, plots 30–37 and plot 55 on November 27, plots 9–13 on December 1, plots 26–29 on December 4, and plots 14–25 on December 8. For those who miss their scheduled date, December 10 and 11 have been reserved for final distribution.
To collect their allocated land, individuals must be present or send a representative with a specific power of attorney and proof of administrative fee payment.
